Join Mandy and Lizzie for our Winter Warmer with Community Yoga and Sound Bath!
Join us for a cosy, welcoming session to move, breathe, unwind and connect with yourself and others. Whether you've been practising yoga for a while or are just starting out, this is a space for every-body with no expectations and no pressure needed to put on yourself, come as you are.
We'll begin with gentle, accessible yoga, supported by music, to warm the body, release tension and bring you into the present moment. Ease into a guided meditation before settling into the soothing sounds of live crystal singing bowls and more. Allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you as you rest, relax and simply be.
Afterwards, enjoy a warming herbal tea and have time to chat, connect and soak up the peaceful atmosphere

Reiki
Work with me to balance your body's natural energy (Chi/Qi) and Chakras through the gentle energy healing of Reiki, and promote overall healing of the body, mind and soul.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique, where I channel the universal life force energy to the recipient, where ever it is needed most. This facilitates deep relaxation, restoration and can promote the natural healing abilities of the body.
Sound healing with crystal singing bowls
Deepen your inner connection and attune your natural energetic frequencies with either an individual sound bowl healing, or group sound therapy session. I use crystal singing bowls tuned to the individual frequencies of the Chakras to promote relaxation, peace and healing on an energetic level.
1:1 psychic and Mediumship readings
